Veteran songwriter and performer Sean Devine, from Paradise Valley, returns to Southwest Montana stages this summer with a new ensemble, performing a mostly original set drawn from his extensive catalog. Spanning more than 30 years, six full-length albums, and three EPs, Devine’s repertoire blends folk-rock with reggae-inspired influences. His recent releases include Here For It All (2021), recorded in Southwest Texas with indie-country band The Tone Deaf Hippies, and Die Happy (2025), created with local musicians on the Eastern Caribbean island of Anguilla.

The Summer ’26 incarnation of The Stars is anchored by Bozeman drummer Adam Greenberg, with Curran Devine on bass and Ashley Wasia on vocals and violin. Select performances will also feature Anguilla-based keyboardist Dennis Warrington, drummer Jaiden Fleming, and/or vocalist Sami Carter.
